BioThis is a Journal about breaking habits and re-awakening to new possibilites. I had a journal years ago, and I logged in and read through years of stuff. I couldn't believe that almost all of it was fluff about my being pissed off. No constructive plans to really change my life. I've already changed so much from then that I have a need to a keep a log of my life and start watching it. And learn of what I need to add or try in my life to have new experiences and make positive changes.
